Meet the Founder : Katharine Burke
Katharine began experiencing burnout and frustration from her high pressure, high stress career in tech. It all began on one particularly challenging day, she returned to her cozy apartment, seeking comfort from her furry confidant, Wren, the cat who usually provided soothing company. To her dismay, Wren chose that moment to be her usual impish self, opting for zoomies rather than a comforting purr-session.
As someone who struggled prioritizing self-care, Katharine began to wonder why there weren’t any products that could replicate the relaxing, comforting feeling of snuggling with a purring cat. It was in this moment of need that the idea for Purryfuls was born.
